My name is Wendy and I have over 30yrs of helping people professionally. I have worked with the older population helping elderly people and their families through life transitions, including nursing homes, adult day health centers and maintaining independence in the community. I have also worked in Hospice care for over 17yrs. I have experience working with the families afflicted by Huntington's Disease for the past 26yrs. More recently I have had the opportunity of helping people with their struggles with obesity, as I have a personal passion and understand this struggle. I have worked in a weight loss clinic, and can provide psychological assessments to people seeking bariatric surgery. I provide ongoing counseling for those who are preparing for, and have undergone bariatric surgery.
